LumaCall designs AI voice agents capable of managing incoming and outgoing calls for businesses, autonomously, qualitatively, and available 24/7. Their solution is aimed at sectors such as healthcare, transport, and customer services. To support their launch, I was asked to create an impactful website, as well as a custom pitch deck, both aligned with a strong and coherent brand identity. The project required rapid execution, a clear and professional design, and a strong ability to adapt to the very precise wording provided by the client.
The challenge
The LumaCall project presented several major challenges from the outset. The first: an extremely tight timeline. The co-founder, Romain Antonini, contacted me on a Thursday for an imperative online launch the following Monday, as part of the official presentation to initial clients. This forced me to work in a full sprint mode over 72 hours, while ensuring a clean, smooth, responsive, and credible delivery.
The second challenge: alignment between the site and the marketing materials. In addition to the site, I was responsible for creating a custom pitch deck and defining the artistic direction (logo, typography, graphic charter). Therefore, all visual elements needed to be perfectly coherent, from the wording to the slides. The goal was to immediately establish a clear, professional, and distinctive brand image in a sector still emerging.
The third important point: the precision of the wording. Romain had prepared a very detailed document with all the formulations to adhere to. Therefore, the site needed to be true to these keywords, while providing a logical, pleasant, and engaging visual structure. I had to balance between a Framer template base (saving time on structure) and a complete style overhaul to meet the client’s specific expectations.
Finally, the relationship with the client was built on continuous and reactive exchanges (WhatsApp, Google Docs, calls, multiple feedbacks), with a clear objective: to deliver a site and a pitch deck perfectly ready for a sales presentation by Monday morning.
The solution
To meet time constraints and graphic coherence requirements, I opted for an optimized Framer base, which I completely reworked in depth. I reviewed all the sections: typography, layout, interactions, responsiveness, semantic structure, down to the smallest adjustments related to the specific wording imposed by Romain. I crafted everything to deliver a smooth, readable, and credible user experience, focused on B2B tech.
At the same time, I designed the complete pitch deck ensuring that it follows the same artistic direction as the website, to guarantee maximum coherence across all client materials. Each slide was designed as a natural extension of the website, using the same visual codes (colors, title formatting, icons, content blocks, etc.).
I also created the logo, color palette, the main font, and applied this branding across all materials. The visual identity of LumaCall has thus become a clear and professional brand, supported by an effective website, a solid sales deck, and a consistent visual tone.
Finally, the work was done in co-creation with the client, with a rapid succession of deliverables, back-and-forths, and constant availability for last-minute adjustments (slides to modify, wording to correct, additions to the FAQ, icon adjustments, etc.). The site was ready on time, live by Monday, and could be sent to the first prospects within the deadlines. The project was an example of rapid delivery without compromise on content or form, with a direct impact on LumaCall's business challenges.
