Vividflow is an agency specializing in AI-assisted real estate acquisition, founded by a Swiss entrepreneur aiming to modernize lead generation for agents. The goal of the project: to design a highly impactful custom landing page, crafted to convince from the very first seconds. I supported Jonathan, the founder, from artistic direction to final integration on Framer, with daily and iterative follow-up, to deliver a smooth, impactful, and conversion-oriented site. This project illustrates my ability to translate a business vision into a clear, structured, and effective user experience.
The challenge
Jonathan's initial brief was clear: create a landing page capable of replacing traditional sales pitches, with a strong visual impact and an end-to-end conversion logic. As an agency offering an innovative AI solution, Vividflow needed to establish its credibility instantly while explaining a technical offer to a non-technical audience. The site also needed to convey notions of reliability, automation, and efficiency – all while maintaining a clean aesthetic approach, “Swiss-style.”
Jonathan shared several inspirations with me but wanted a unique, custom, immersive result. It had to go beyond a simple copy-paste of components. Among the constraints:
Translate a complex value proposition into ultra-clear messages
Integrate micro-animation effects while ensuring loading speed
Ensure impeccable responsiveness on mobile, tablet, desktop
Add dynamic integrations (sticky WhatsApp, Iclosed calendar, personalized videos…)
Deliver an administrable site in Framer, with no extra cost for the client
Throughout the project, Jonathan was very involved: several video calls, regular exchanges on WhatsApp, detailed feedback via Loom… The stakes were twofold: deliver quickly and ensure a premium result. Each section (Hero, FAQ, Timeline, Comparison…) had to meet a specific strategic objective, without any excess. The UX was meant to guide the user towards making an appointment while clearly, credibly, and convincingly showcasing the AI offer.
The solution
To meet these challenges, I designed a 100% custom interface on Framer, fully taking advantage of its animation, interactivity, and live editing capabilities. The artistic direction was centered around a "tech but accessible" visual universe: a vibrant orange dominant, readable geometric fonts, and a rigorous information hierarchy.
Each section was designed to serve a specific purpose:
Dynamic hero with automatic rotating text to capture attention and highlight key promises (solvent buyers, foreign investors…)
Tabular comparison to create an immediate impact on the visitor
Detailed timeline with each step of the AI launch (from the kickoff call to the ad launch), reassuring the prospect about the method
Interactive FAQ section, with concise, reassuring copywriting, focused on objections
On the technical side, I integrated:
A sticky WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message (mobile + desktop)
A Calendly-like module via Iclosed, direct embed
Transition effects between sections and pages, smooth appearance animations, fluid scrolling, hover states
An advanced responsive design system, optimized for all screen sizes, with mobile navigation that adapts dynamically
The project was conducted in rapid iterations thanks to feedback via Loom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp. Everything was delivered on time. Beyond the site, a relationship of trust was established, leading to complementary projects (pitch deck, LinkedIn banner, client recommendations).
Vividflow now has a coherent, high-performing, differentiating online showcase — aligned with the ambition of its founder.
